There are countless amazing locations to get married in and around Broome and the Dampier Peninsula. I have listed some ideas for you below but remember, the possibilities are endless.

Broome elopement wedding at Cable Beach

CABLE BEACH

Undoubtedly one of Broome’s most popular locations to get married, this 22km long stretch of sand is spectacular.

REDDELL BEACH

One of my favourite beaches around Broome. Despite being only ten minutes from the town centre it’s usually very quiet and features amazing red cliffs.

A couple walks hand in hand along a sandy beach at sunset, surrounded by Broomes striking red rock formations. The sky is clear, with a soft gradient from blue to warm tones near the horizon—creating the perfect backdrop for their intimate elopement.

ENTRANCE POINT

The beach at Entrance Point near the Port is popular with Broome locals as there are two boat ramps but you can find your private little spot, no problem.

Julia made the whole experience feel so easy and relaxed. No stiff poses or forced smiles—just natural, genuine moments that truly captured how special the day was. ”

ECO BEACH

Stunning Eco Beach is located just over an hour’s drive south of Broome and features a beautiful, pristine 15km long beach and Eco Beach Retreat.

WILLIE CREEK

How about a scenic helicopter flight at Willie Creek Pearl Farm before saying your I do’s at this magnificent tidal river, just 38km north of Broome.

Aerial view of a coastal landscape with a curved sandy beach and clear turquoise water. Vegetation and wetlands are visible on the left, and a rugged, narrow strip of land juts into the ocean on the right under a clear blue sky.
A joyful couple holds hands, walking down a sandy beach aisle while guests throw flower petals. Captured by a Broome Wedding Photographer, the ocean and clear blue sky serve as the backdrop, with smiling attendees cheering and holding parasols.

CYGNET BAY

Located 200km north of Broome on the Dampier Peninsula on Bardi Jawi country you will find Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. A fabulous location with a range of accommodation options, an infinity pool and a restaurant. Open all year round.

SIMPSON BEACH

Simpson Beach is a hidden gem, nestled along the shores of Roebuck Bay, where red pindan cliffs contrast with the turquoise waters and mangrove-lined shoreline. Accessible via the top car park and a set of stairs leading down to the beach, this east-facing spot offers a stunning, intimate setting for your elopement.

GOT SOME QUESTIONS?

I tend to book dates 6-12 months in advance. Certain months book quicker than others so as soon as you have a date in mind send me an enquiry.

Great idea! You can book a Zoom call with me here.

While Broome is stunning year-round, the dry season from May to September offers the most picture-perfect conditions for your big day. Read my blog post here.

From October – April you can find me in the Southern Forests in the South West of Western Australia.

Absolutely! There are certain factors I consider when planning your timeline. One being, when the sun will be setting, which will dictate how much available day light we have. Another factor I consider is what’s most important for you both as a couple. We can discuss these details during our initial Zoom call.

Yes, of course. To get legally married in Australia you need two witnesses. If you don’t have any guests attending, I would be more than happy to be one of your witnesses. Your celebrant should be able to organise the other witness.

Yes! A common misconception about elopements is that it can only be the couple, but that is not true. Typically, elopements don’t have more than 10-15 people in attendance.

Your photographs will be presented to you via a password protected online gallery for digital download.

Your will receive sneak peeks within 48 hours and your full gallery within 4 weeks.

Anytime but I offer $100 off albums if you add one to your photography package before the big day.

To lock things in, please send me an email and confirm your date, your full names and the package you would like to book. Once I have all this information, I will email you the first invoice for the 25% booking fee and an online agreement for you to sign.

On the hunt for a team of rad vendors?

My love of photographing people is what got me into wedding photography. Having shot weddings and elopements across Western Australia since 2015, I have had the absolute pleasure to be working with many amazing wedding vendors. To make things a little easier for you during the planning process I’ve put together a list of all my favourite suppliers.

A couple stands on rocky cliffs by the sea during sunset, captured perfectly by a Broome wedding photographer. The woman wears a long white dress, and the man dons a beige suit with a hat. They lean in for a kiss, framed by ocean waves and golden sunlight in this romantic scene.
A person stands barefoot on the sunlit reddish sand by the seaside, embracing a Broome elopement in a white lace dress with intricate patterns and a brown gradient at the hem. The ocean and clear sky provide the perfect backdrop for this intimate escape.
